Maloney Road Park is a fantastic park for all. There is a playground, boat ramp/ dock, seating, one grill, one porta potty, and it is pet friendly (but pets must be on a leash). There's a cute little walk area that's simple/ easy. It also connnects to the knox-blount greenway. Parking is limited but decent. The location is easy to find, and it's a one lane road in/out, but it's well maintained.

Great place to watch a sunset. Small, but nice. Sometimes the river is like glass. Don’t be alarmed if you hear gunshots, it’s just local duck hunters. 🦆

Went here with my dad and his dog. It has good walking trails and a great place for a bench facing the water. There's a small loop that if walked 5 laps will equal a mile. It is in a reasonably easy to access location off of Alcoa Highway (129). There is a playground, but it is smaller compared to others in the drivable area. It is also not fenced in. It looked new and in great condition. I didn't have my kids with me.
