This is a pretty nice park with well kept and manicured grounds. It is a quiet place and so very peaceful. They have basket ball courts for future stars to get the hoops bug so one day we will have a man playing in the big leagues from Boise. They have a tennis court as well. This is one of the better local community park as there are so many parks here in the city of trees.

Great park, and I love the off leash hours to go play with my dogs. I would say that about 80% of people have control of their dogs and they're all pretty well behaved without behavioral issues. Of course there's the 20%, but that's a lot lower than other parks with off leash hours!

My daught and myself have been on a mission to visit every Boise park. Manitou is pretty solid, they have off leash dog time in the evening so super solid if your kids like doggies! Slides could be taller but meh. We liked the walk way along the irrigation ditch behind the play ground.

This park has a huge area to play with the pups. So large that I can keep them away from other people in the field. So happy I live close. I do wish they had an actual fenced off dog park but they do have poo bags and trash available.

Great park. Fun playground. Dogs allowed off leash during certain hours.
