The rose garden is a waste of good soil. Scrawny little rose bushes with hardly any blooms. You can see the river and falls, barely. It would be infinitely better with only some minimal trimming of some foliage. Portable bathrooms are disgusting and not attended to.

It's under renovation and trail is not 🚫 100 %available to public, lots of graffiti and shrubs need pruning, the view of the falls is impeded!

Maplewood Park is a hidden gem that offers a delightful escape into nature's embrace. When you drive into the park, on the left side is the rose garden that is being built. The lush maple trees along the park path bring a cool breeze in June and summer. Along the road, you can see the low and middle waterfalls of the genesee river. There is also a place where four pillars are carved. A variety of facial expressions surround a stool called Forgiving and Remembering (Seat of forgiving and Remembering). Autumn should be a breath taking trail for an unforgettable experience.
