Marciante-Jackson-Millet Park

Not sure if I have wandered into a hood of some sort. It felt a bit sketchy...

I love place , i find peace, i can meditacion

This is a nice park. However there is too much garbage. So my mom and me decided to do something good for the park. An Earth Day cleanup. And thank you to the lady who donated 2 bag. 8-9-20. I'm not happy because we were doing a clean up on 8-14-20 at 5:45 pm when a guy who picks the garbage told us that we can get a ticket for doing a clean up.☹️

Nice park with a great walking and running path. There are two parking areas....one on Front Street and the other on Atalanta Plaza. Both have plenty of parking spaces and I’ve never had any issues finding parking at either lot. The Front street side has a small boardwalk area with good views. The path is also well lit at night.

This marina had 3 levels if wooden tiers, back in 1958 the neighborhood local would bring their family & sit put on pier picnic, fish & swim. I remember my father would through me off the top level to learn how to swim, those was the good old days.
