Maricopa Meadows Private HOA Community Park

Maintenance is POOR. The grass is either dead or too tall most of the time. When they cut it, they leave grass clippings out for days before cleaning up, covering walk ways. They run the sprinklers after sunrise and before sunset so anyone enjoying the parking during the day gets wet. The sprinkler holes are DEEP and will break an ankle. Some sprinklers and vaults are left wide open, huge safety hazard! The sprinklers spray all over table areas and walkways instead of only on the grass. There is dog poo every where. Also, they are using indoor use only power extension cables to light the trees. They are just lying on the wet muddy grass, surely a fire hazard.

Terrible company!! Raise dues every year and treat home owners like trash!! They are the new insurance companies of home ownership!! Also they will fine you for weeds but the common areas they say they pay over 600k to maintain look like an infants coloring book!!

Great disc golf course within the green belt of the HOA. Be careful of the holes around the lake, really easy to loose a disc. I really enjoyed playing this course and would highly recommend if you are in the area

Great park! Beautiful water features (duck pond and multiple waterfalls), great disc golf course, covered playground, parking lot.No bathrooms though.
