Simple basin park with a cute playground. The playground has a gear-turning toy with stainless steel ball bearings, which is a favorite of my three year-old son.

It's our cozy little park. Wish it was covered and had more to play with. Mostly targeted twords younger kids. It does have a huge green open area to run around, play/practice sports/games, or even lounge and picnic. It's right by the canal and biking path which is nice. Even though it's next to Alma School, the playground is far enough from the streets where your little ones have some space and you're not constantly worried.

Great neighborhood park esp for young kids. Lots of grass to run and play in with a small playground. Wish they had standard swings and not just swings with toddler bucket seats.

This park was not easy to find. GPS told me it was on the right and I was on the main busy road with no place to park...so I circled around and could not find a place to park . Finally, I found this out - park on Wycliff Street as you will find curbside parking there. Once you park, you can take the sidewalk to the playground. To the right of the playground is a grassy field that is nicely mowed and I saw some people playing soccer. The soccer field is at a lower elevation than the street. There are two ramadas and also a water fountain; no restrooms.

It is a water catch basin with a Ramada, tiny playground and is wheelchair accessible. Some nice mature shade trees, water fountain. The ground is greener than many other parks. Sidewalk encircles the park. Ramada hastwi grilles in very good condition. Two picnic table. Three benches next to the playground. There is a cover over two of the benches and a small sunscreen over a portion of the playground. The playground is marked 5-12 but is for younger children. You can see the baby swings. The playground has not been busy during my visits but parents sitting at the Ramada, not watching children could have unwanted results. The playground at Wycliff and Peralta has a car drive by every few minutes. An unmatched child could dart onto road. Alma School Road is 300-400 feet from playground.
