Wonderful wide open grass areas for running about and playing soccer, kick ball, foot ball, running races and just having fun. There is a basketball court, a fitness court, and 2 seperate play equipment areas that are age appropriate. Plenty of picnic tables and benches throughout this great park and there are even some covered group picnic areas. There are restrooms which to my family is a big plus. There is a walking path around the park great for walking your dog, a good size parking lot on one end and street parking on the other. This park is well maintained a great place for all ages.

Nice big park with shady trees. Lots of grass and walking paths. Play equipment for kids. Everything looked pretty clean and maintained. Location of Hemet summer concert series. Don't miss it! 😊

Mary Henley Park is a really nice little community park. It’s always clean and well-maintained, with multiple covered picnic table areas that make it a great spot for a family lunch or just some shade on a hot day. There’s a basketball court, a playground for the kids, and a walking trail that circles the perimeter—perfect for a light jog, a walk with the dog, or just stretching your legs. It’s not huge, but that’s part of its charm. It has everything you need for a quick outdoor break without having to drive far. Whether you’re looking to get some fresh air, play some basketball, let the kids run around, have a bbq, or just enjoy a relaxing stroll, Mary Henley Park is a great option.

This park has 2 separate playgrounds for children. One is fenced and the other is not. The non-fenced play area is smaller and geared towards 2-5 year olds. One of the spring toys that kids sit on to rock forward and backwards in the non-fenced play area is broken right now, which seemed to be a hazard to me (hence 4 stars). There is a HUGE grassy area, an exercise park (squat/plyometric boxes, pull-up and dip bars, back extension platform, rings and more), public restrooms and a large covered area with picnic tables underneath.
