McKinley Elementary Joint Use Park

I love having a space for our kids to come, ride their bikes, fly kites, play with other kids. I wish dog owners respected the rules and kept their dogs leashed. It used to be that dogs weren't allowed. I hope this joint use park doesn't close because of people like them, as there aren't many neighborhood playgrounds for kids. I ask dog owners to leash their dogs and they are rude about it, even though they are breaking the rules. I want to enjoy the day, not enforce rules. Aside from those people, it is a great place for kids.

Aptly named as it provides a multitude of people a multitude of options including exercise, walking the dog, baseball/softball field, track, blacktop, tether ball, wall ball, four square just to name a few. It’s separate from the school by fencing but in the same block.

McKinley joint-use playground is good for kids. A large eucalyptus tree provides shade over the playground. The area is fenced so toddlers are somewhat contained. An excercise area for adults is next to the playground and a large playfield adjoins.

Spacious well-managed fenced school property accessible to the community outside of school hours.

Lots of fun. Great workout area. Alot of families having quality time together.
