I love this park in my teen years. Now every time I show up to the park. Seems to be a lot of Stalkers. As a Black man. I find it very disturbing because it's hard to find places that are safe to walk my dog in Tacoma, without being monitored. But eh. Love the park still. Seeing the Deers, and Owls hiding in the trees, also some of the Artwork they've done around the park still has a soft spot in my heart. Glad they are starting to remove the Junkies. Atmosphere seems more pure.

Too many pine🌲trees otherwise, a nice, clean park! Great for kids and parties! Restrooms are kept up well!

Very pretty park, nice trails, cool forest fairy thing going on in one area. Enjoyed my walk and so did my dog, the park does get a lot of traffic noise sitting above the interstate, but worth a stop overall...don't think we managed to walk the entirety of it so will probably go back at some point.

McKinley Park is a nice nature oasis in the middle of urban Tacoma. Well maintained trails and a very nice playground. A few wonderful picnic areas and the restroom by the playground was clean. Dogs must be leashed at all times now. Overall a very lovely park!

I was on the trails yesterday. It is a magical place and cared for by a very special human being. It is a peaceful area in an unusual place - next to I-5! You don't even notice the freeway. Great place to walk the dog, take the kids and be by yourself in the natural beauty of this special place.
