This park is the heart of the East Falls community. Whether it is visiting the turtle statue that has been there for decades or family time at the playground there is something for everyone to appreciate. The trees in the park provide wonderful shade in the summer and a picturesque view year round. Many events are held at this park and a nice walk around the park is a great way to get in your steps!

Amazing selection of trees, some quite rare. Super clean with lots of shade to relax in, and big enough that you can find a quiet space of your own. Wonderful place to collect your thoughts. There is also a natural place space for kids, and an old school concrete turtle not to be missed!

Wonderful open air, outdoor park with plenty of space, trees, running space for kids & pets, benches, etc. The only thing they don't have are those safety swings for kids 3 & under. In fact, the "jungle gym is designed like a giant spider web & very limited in that it's not very accessible to the younger ones. And, unfortunately, there is no sliding board (how do you not have a sliding board for the kids, lol). Overall, it's a nice, clean park in itself.

We visited this free, tree-filled neighborhood park in East Falls after a tour of the Kelly House. The park is about 2 blocks big, with a playground and several benches by shade trees. There is a WW 2 stone memorial and metal turtle sculpture for kids to climb on. There is free street parking around the block ( if available). The park is dog-friendly but there are no rest rooms or water fountains.

One of my favorite places to walk and jog in the area. Park is clean, well maintained and offers play area for the kids as well. Side walk is perfect for walk, jog. McMichael Park is now a routine for many than just a park. Hats off to people who clean and maintain it. IG: journey_man16
