This is a lovely area with more than one entrance. We were looking for Donkey Lady Bridge after our Toyota Experience tour that was only 1.5 miles away and didn’t realize that it had become part of the Natural Area close to the Applewhite Trail Head off of Jett Road. This section is beautiful and has some trails and interpretive signs including one about a Mission that used to be close by. The official main entrance to the area is actually off of Palo Alto Road. The Jett Road section is more serene to me and has paved paths. We didn’t get to spend as much time there as I would have liked.

This is a beautiful trail where I let my dogs play in the river. There is a pavilion with picnic tables & a grill, water fountain for you & your dogs. A restroom is available at the trailhead. Also, the Medina River Greenway access is now open.

My favorite serene area. Not too many hikers, theres spots to fish & the water runs beautifully through the property. Wonders literally around every corner! Paved & non paved paths Hiking difficulty- low medium (a steep ramp to get to the good parts of the park by the water)

Love the medina trails! Every trail shows you different things different looks from bike trails to more rugged trails but each eventually gives you a walk in the trees

Great trails if you are looking for a natural terrain. Enjoyed exploring with my grandson. He agreed it beat the trampoline park!! That's a win in my book.♥️💯
