I have lived next to this park for 3 years now. It's beautiful and has a large loop path around the park for walking. I walk my dog here frequently. Grass is well maintained, play apparatus looks well kept. Grass area is large for soccer or kids to run and play. There is a covered area near the play apparatus with picnic style tables as well as a few uncovered ones across the grass. Cute "gym" area as well. Dog poop bags are available as well as a few trash cans. I've never used the restrooms here. Cons: Not much shade, no big trees. People have large dogs off their leash frequently ( I see this daily).

Beautiful wide open park with up to date toddler play ground as well as big kids playground. Very clean and well maintained. In the middle of a brand new neighborhood. Such a lovely community. Coastal breeze blew through cooling down the area. Center of the park is a gazebo with 6 picnic tables. Benches are also spread through the park and a fountain is found near the playgrounds.

Always clean ... lawns are trimmed and the sand is clean and swept ... just asking for cleaner ablutions and more available sanitizer at tables and equipment for climbing
