Have you recently had an expensive bicycle stolen? If so, look no further than Memorial Park in Pomona to find it -- at your own risk! This park could be nice. After all, it has a basketball court, playground, ample parking, and some nice Memorials. However, of late it has been over run by drug users who apparently have a profitable business flipping stolen bicycles. Not only do these people use the grassy area as their showroom for bicycles and their parts, but they spread other malfeasance--unleashed dogs, drug paraphernalia, and trash--all over the place. It's time for Pomona city officials to bring their park back to its original purpose.
Tons of space. Awesome for walking your dog & running around with the kids. There is a basket ball court as well. Great for outdoor parties. Pavilions provide great amount of shade. The pool is fantastic in The summer with really cool slide into it. Love it here!
My daughter enjoyed being there. I can see how they tried scrubbing off the tagging from the slides. Its a convenient walk for myself and children. Its also close to down town pomona witch is great for my children. I see how many people enjoy walking skating and roller blading around the area witch makes me comfortable enough to go back without any worries.
What is there to say sometimes I stopped here to take a break while I eat lunch it's convenient yet there are homeless Souls frequent this park
