I love Mickie Grove park been going here for at least 30 years through my life what I miss the most is the "FunLand" the Zoo is wonderful, there is the Japanese Rose Garden. So many shady areas. Love this place ❤️

Micke Grove Park is a massive, shady oasis with a fantastic playground, ample open space, picnic spots, and a giant splash pad. The kids had a blast running around and playing together since there was so much shade. There are a few cool attractions to stroll to, like a Japanese tea garden, a small zoo, and a rose garden. The entry fee was around $6, so it’s super affordable, and there was plenty of parking when we went on a busy weekend. I highly recommend checking out this park for a day if you’re looking for something unique and fun for the kids.

A fairly large park area that includes a sweeping water feature, splash pad, plenty of bathroom facilities, walking paths, Japanese Garden, playgrounds, a fun park, and zoo. You can plan to spend a morning for everything minus the zoo. Please don't feed the ducks. They could do a bit more cleaning and maintenance in many areas.

We traveled from Yuba City for a friendship gathering and we had an amazing time with the kiddos. We were not able to see the Japanese garden because it was reserved for a wedding day. We went to the playground (the big one) and went to the water pad afterwards and was so much fun. The park has a ln entry fee and there is plenty of parking spaces and shade. The park is beautiful and we will be back for sure someday.

Nice quick trip. Enjoyed brief visit to this park. Many people play serious frisbee.
