It's very muddy if it has rained within the last week. They have a hose, but it didn't work. The space is nice and open. Parking and getting across to actual park isn't ideal.

As far as dog parks go, it's got two areas and is large in size. My question tho, is why is no dog park I've been to in Huntsville/Madison handicap accessible? No park is close to the parking lot. It has paved walkways, but unless you have a motorized chair, you have to walk a long distance or cross a busy road or backtrack from the parking lot and then go under the road (the tunnel floods a lot) and walk a bit to reach the actual dog park. Creekwood is also a good walk away from the parking lot. It's like HSV and Madison don't realize handicap people have pets. It's honestly a little ridiculous. This park is fine once you get to it, and almost everyone I've run into is friendly. My dog rates this place as 10/10 would poop again.

Wonderful park, nice & big. Areas for large & small dogs. Has water, pools for ur dogs. Only thing was there was nobody there, my babies had no one to play with. I felt so bad for them. If I lived closer I would be there everyday.

Great place! Nice breeze and wonderful for dogs. Played today in the 25lb and under section dogs had fun.

Nice big area for dogs, parking is not friendly for people who have had hard time walking. They were doing construction, but the fence should have been put back up before the grass seed. Waste of taxpayers' money.
