Visited the park for the 1st time. Was told it was recently upgraded. Newly planted trees and a nice water trough. My dog, Lincoln, had a great time playing with 2 other very sweet dogs. Looking forward to returning.

It's cool. Nice sized field for the dogs to play. They have a side for the big dogs and aside for the small dogs. The downside is there is NO RUNNING WATER!! They have a little Fountain there but it's broken. That's a bummer. Not many places for shade except under the bench. But just bring your own Bowl and some water & maybe an umbrella if u want to provide shade.

I’ve been there many times, today a giant, seemingly docile German Shepard chomped on my hand so hard it sprained a bone In my hand. I had my dog’s ball in my hand while playing with my dog. He had a ball in his mouth and dropped his to grab mine. The grass was littered with 100’s of tennis balls. It was deranged. I feel stupid for not having picked up on how weird that was and what it meant. His owner apologized but immediately followed up with a comment about how she understood that it hurt because he does that to her all the time too. Uh, excuse me?!?! Why are you bringing him to a dog park and not warning people? I don’t care if it was an accident or on purpose. Your dog bit someone because you haven’t trained him properly and he has NO manners. He came over towards us again after and tried to bully my dog and I just left. I can barely move my hand. That dog is going to hurt someone.

Our Golden Retriever had a nice romp in this spacious enclosed dog park. Frisbees and balls were available inside. Dog waste bags were provided. The water fountains were shut off when we visited in late March.

Aside from being a little muddy, the property is well taken care of. The dogs inside were friendly, you just got to watch the dogs walking around outside without a leash!
