I've lived here for several years now. Very quiet neighborhood. The 3 maintenance guys are always so sweet, kind and professional. The leasing office manager Sandy is such a sweetheart. Very peaceful place to live. Thank you Millstream Village.

Recently visited the community for a tour and was running a little late for my appointment, but Sandy the leasing manager was graceful in still showing me the unit. I was greeted with a warm smile from Sandy and the maintenance man in the front office. I never felt pressured or rushed as she answered every question and even posed new questions I had not thought of to ask other potential rentals. The community is extremely well maintained from the parking lot, surrounding landscaping, to the residences themselves. The 2 bedrooms are affordable and spacious. This feels like a community rather than a short term rental. Really hope my application gets approved, but if not the 5 stars remain. First impressions are important and Millstream nailed it.

We have loved living here. We are always impressed with how prompt the maintenance team is. Today we got 4 inches of snow & we woke up to our sidewalks and walkways up to our front door shoveled, which was really nice.

Millstream Village has been such a good experience for me. The ladies in the office take care of everything I need and are very friendly. The maintenance crew always responds quickly and takes care of whatever needs attention. The flowers are always so lovely, Thank You for everything you do for us. Linda

It was great! Maintenace guys could not be any nicer. Soloman was there that same afternoon and fixed EVERYTHING! I am so glad I came to live here. All the staff take really good care of you here. They really work hard at making it a home and family.
