Love the track i go there almost everyday to run/walk have a great group of friends there we know by site. Has a outdoor gym if you feel lead to use that. For the really early birds you can turn on the lights. Rubberized surface keeps my knees from hurting as the road. Hernando is an awesome town thanks to mayor and parks dept for doing a great job.
I love this track as it is in a nice clear area with some fun calisthenics equipment at one end of the football field. It's usually not too busy there either!
I really like that this outdoor track exists. However, over the last couple of weeks there has been an increase in the amount of discarded clothing and trash left there. Overall, it's a quiet place to run/walk.
This is the old football field I played on in junior high school it is now becoming Park it's always have a track around it but they've added some more things so besides from running is a great place could get in shape exercising especially if you live close to park it's within walking distance so what the city has done is a tremendous job and also a place for the kids to get out to whether the play tag football or just have fun
