This is one of my family's favorite parks. The large steep hills are exciting and fun for the kids to run and roll down, and definitely the highlight of our visits. The field is quite large, and trees obscure the fairly busy street to where this park feels surprisingly secluded, nestled mostly residentially. The playground is simple and sufficient, with the familiar features you'd expect (swing, slide, monkey bars) as well as a little rock wall and an occupiable covered space beneath the structure due to its height. It is not particularly fancy, but it has everything you need. We enjoy using this park for birthday parties, and generally stay for 2-3 hours each visit. If I could improve one thing, it would be the bathroom sinks.
Sep 2, 2020: Very quiet and nice Fair Oaks Park on Winding Way & Minnesota Ave. There are about 4 picnic tables, a play area, and great hills for kids (and adults) to run/walk up and down.
It was a nice day getting out of the hell house. Thought about the distant future. I felt some peace for the first time in a long time. I wish I'd had someone to love there with me. I won't bore you any longer. EXZY/IF business plan in the works. Reviewers that add EXZY to any post will get a golden ticket in the future.
I love this park. We have had at least 3 birthday parties here plenty of room for Pets and Kids. Playground is not too bad make sure you pay attention to mud in the early morning. It's under a large hill so the water collects at the bottom.
Love this hidden gem! Lots of room to run. The playground is great and there are even bathrooms!
