Nice walking or running trails. A great place to learn about trees as they have plaques telling you what the trees are. A small butterfly garden. Many benches to take a break and just enjoy the quiet surroundings

Had a great hike session. Great scenes not too far from downtown.

Pretty area for casual walks, especially in Spring.

Amazing place to take the whole family. Nice, smooth crushed limestone path that is easy for all ages and abilities. At the entrance, there are drinking fountains for adults, kids, and for our furry four legged friends. Over 250 different species of trees all labeled with plaques for identification. Toward the south part of the loop there is a butterfly garden where we saw several monarchs. There is also a bathroom located near the garden for when nature calls. If the walk proves to be a bit long, benches are placed along the path for a nice break and a chance to enjoy the scenery.

I love coming to the aboritum out here. This is a great place if you are thinking about planting a tree or want to become better at identifying them. So many varieties plus you get a nice hike on top of it. Nice seasonal decorations too.
