Firstly want to say I've lived here in Mt Prospect for four years now with three children of varying ages and have been very pleased overall with the parks, park district, events and family offerings- this town is GREAT!! Specifically though, I've been inspired to jump on here to say a huge thank you to Heidi in park services for her recent help in securing a permit to use the park near me. I contacted her outside of the two week notice you're supposed to give and she was wonderful- jumped on my request as quickly as she could and helped me throughout with what I needed to provide the district. So thankful for such wonderful caring staff in this town!

Very bad experience. No help in skating from instructors as I had two kids at the same time . He is least worried and didn’t even ask once or give any tips to a beginner. They are busy with the kids who already know how to skate . Imagine one person holding two kids and helping them to walk . Would not suggest to anyone .

Came in from out of district to have my daughter play in winter basketball league. The parents are uncontrolled and rude to opposing teams, and the district was unprofessional, and lack the spirit of true sportsman like conduct. We will not be supporting this district and definitely spreading the word. What a disappointment

I had fun at with Camp Sundance here. The lowest moment was when I had heat exhaustion at the summer camp.
