I enrolled my daughter in a preschool program here. I feel the teachers are not experienced in working with kids. It’s the worst place—they even said they would refund after just one day of her crying. This doesn’t even deserve a star

I came to open gym tonight with my husband and daughter. This was my daughter and I first time. We go to different gyms to watch my husband play basketball with his league. There is a nasty lady at the front desk that wanted to charge me and my daughter to sit on the bleachers and watch the game. Her reasoning was that sometimes people say they’re not going to play and end up playing. Trust me we were not going to play with the men’s league. The attitude is unnecessary and she needs to remember that this is a public park district. You work for the public. Be kind in a beautiful shared space. Welcome visitors with kindness and respect.

Best alternative to a major health club chain. Wish they had some more machines for working out. However they're swimming pool is awesome and plenty of room for the lamp swimmers and people who like to free swim like me and use the pool for stretching purposes. Staff is very friendly

My kid was being yelled at by an employee at the “front desk” for not paying to go into the basketball gym even though he evidently saw us pay. My child felt very embarrassed as the employee was yelling very loudly.

Before 1:00pm on December 29th my friend and I were at this recplex and an employee was being very rude. I feel that he didn't have the right to talk to us in a loud aggressive tone when we were in the right place and weren't doing anything against the rules
