Neff Historical Park

Great place to take your family during halloween. Its incredibly fun and safe. They also have a costume contest.

My daughter chose to have her gender reveal here and I must say..it was perfect! It was intimate, the park was clean and welcoming. We had a few kids at our party and they were able to enjoy the playground which was a plus as well!

Nice medium sized historic park with parking and green space. There’s plenty of space for picnics, field and court sports and a playground for the kids. Historic buildings have been well maintained, and are on display as part of the park attraction. There’s a tennis court, basketball court and public restroom that’s functional, tho could use an upgrade. The park is located within a residential area of La Mirada, with the main entrance and parking lot accessible off of San Cristobal Drive and thru San Bruno Drive. There’s also a walk-in entrance thru Castellon Road.

I was looking for a place to put up some shots while waiting for an appointment that was unrelated. This place is community freindly, just far enough off main traffic to make it peaceful. The times I've used it all areas were clean, basketball and tennis courts were available (or if in use, respectfully so). Plenty of animal traffic and clearly a space well worn but the surrounding residents. Foot path, historical building and simple comforts. Highly recommded as an option to "get away."
