This is a dog park. It's kind of a plain-Jane dog park, with lots of gravel and little grass, but it's convenient to Fourth Ward and my dog likes it. We play fetch here and he also stares longingly into the "big dog" side of the park, wishing he could play with the larger animals.

The new dog park has been a great benefit to our neighbors in Uptown/4th Ward! The park is always clean with friendly dogs. There are small And large dog areas. Love meeting new neighbors and pups there.

This park is on the footprint of my mother’s childhood home (circa 1930s-60s). I love this park so much.

I enjoy going to 9th Street Park. It has nice landscaping, open area where I've seen countless people there either jogging, or walking around the park. On Mothers Day, I couldnt believe how many families came to the park that day. The sun was shining, everyone's either picnicking or the kids playing on the cool, climbing sphere. There were families at the workout equipment area. Great park to come and just relax. Oh, they have chairs and tables there as well, if you need to get in the shade...plenty of shade. I come to this park frequently. Its clean, too. As far as the restrooms? Like any public bathroom, just use precaution going in and coming out. It's also a dog friendly park, dogs need to be leashed. Come see for yourself, very nice park.

The play set in the pictures is no longer here (assuming it was). The skyline looks the same, but this is now a dog park with a few planks of wood on the ground and NO kids play set
