This was our first time coming here and we loved it. It is a smaller beach(area). They only had 2 firepits that we saw, the restrooms are small with 3 stalls in the womens side. They had a swing set for kids to play and it is facing the beach which was awesome for them. The waves are stronger here and lifeguards on the lookout. Their is quite some rocks. If your rock lover, you would love it here. We're definitely coming back :)

Beautiful waters on soft sand conveniently next to the Metrolink, Trolly stop, and a bus stop next to a 7-11, great for a quick stop and a hike if you're looking to get some scenic steps in.

This beach looks nice at first glance, but don't be fooled like I was. Beneath the waves, there's a whooooooole lot of rocks and sharp shells, both big and small, all along the water and it just goes on and on in both directions along the beach. Even walking in the water is risky because of all the rocks that go flying from the waves, hitting your feet and legs, and your face if you get knocked by the waves. This is no place for swimming, and especially don't bring your kids here. Walking along the beach is painful! There's so many rocks on the beach, it feels like walking on sharp glass shards! Don't believe me? Just go here yourself and try to walk and swim 😂 Good luck! Edit: I walked down south all the way to the San Clemente City Beach, and it was WAY better! It's only like a mile or less away, skip this beach and go there instead!!

We decide to stop at the last beach near our hotel for a sunset viewing while staying San Clemente. This spot is located near the entertainment area of San Clemente. Walking distance from our hotel. There is paid parking there if you decide to stay for an extended time. I am not 100% sure if there is a “free” time available after a certain time. We walked down once and drove down right before this sunset and we just parked and walked 50 yards along the beach.

I visited this beach for the first time today, and I was truly impressed! It’s a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, with stunning views that make the experience unforgettable. The facilities are great, featuring clean bathrooms, a convenient parking lot, and fire pits for a cozy evening by the water. The beach itself is well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I highly recommend this beach to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
