Awesome place to adopt a puppy or kitten. Staff is amazing and the pets receive lots of love ❤️ and great care until they find a "forever" home. They keep the place immaculately clean and sanitized as well. They even have a little store that you can purchase pet items at a discounted price such as food, treats, toys, etc. If you're in the market for a pet, I highly recommend getting it here!

Everyone meet Morgan Wallen. I adopted Morgan Wallen from here last Thursday, May 30, 2025 and it was a wonderful experience. I went in there looking for a puppy for a furry friend for me and my two cats expecting to get an eight week old puppy, I saw Morgan Wallen on the site, but never expected to get him because I thought it was a little too old for me went in there, and I spoke to one of the volunteers who worked there and asked what would be the best puppy for me because. In a wheelchair and I need a dog who isn’t gonna pull and listens very well and she pointed straight to Morgan Wallen A 5 to 6 month old Dalmatian mixed with a Labrador retriever. I didn’t even know that his name was Morgan Wallen at the time which if you know me personally you know Morgan Wallen is my favorite singer so I knew it was just a match made in heaven. She put me in a greeting room and she brought him to me. She said that he was a little shy at first, but he opened right up. He is the most sweetest loving boy he loves to go on walks through the big creek Parkway. He loves treats and he loves toys, his favorite toys, a lamb and he’s just the sweetest boy never had an accident in the house fully potty trained. I just love him so much and I can’t wait for him to grow more. I would definitely recommend this shelter if they’re going to adopt a dog or a puppy. I will definitely keep the shelter in my heart and will be donating there sometime in the near future.

I can’t say enough, good things about the shelter. I came in to get some puppy love like I usually do when I need to visit the VA down the road. I had no intentions on adopting a puppy, but when I seen my Winston, I knew he was meant to be with our family. We adopted him at 11 weeks old And I just want to give a special shout out to the people who work there Winston came to me 99% potty trained Well, tempered amazing on leash and just all around great dog. I adopted him on Halloween day He makes all of our lives better and I’m so thankful for the shelter you all deserve a huge raise. His name at the adoption was Mike Wazowski. I guess they named him after monsters Inc. character lol. We named him, Sir Winston Churchill Picture for your viewing pleasure Isn’t my boy the cutest haha.

I got my best friend Wiley from there 2 years ago, staff was great and helpful. Great cause to make monthly or yearly donations. I know my little buddy and his litter mates came from Georgia, that can't be cheap.
