My kids practice soccer on the second large field. Conditions are nicely mowed and clean. First field I'd consider a dog park. Quite a few dogs and owners come there for a period of time for the dogs to meet and play while their owners chat and watch the dogs. Fun for both. Clean, well lite and also has a portable toilet. Parking lot is unkept but manageable.

This playground is amazing. 4 stars only because its lacking a restroom option. Toddler and kid play equipment. Always well kept. The parking area is also a storage site for contruction equiptment so BONUS!

The playground at North West Park is named in honor of Rikki Spector, and it is really wonderful! Some kind neighbor has left a giant bucket of colorful chalk out for the kids, and there are amazing creatures drawn all over the walking path that goes by the community garden and reaches the senior living area. The playground facilities are wonderful. It seems aimed at a 4-8 yr old crowd, with swings and climbing opportunities. There is a pretend rock that leads to one area of the playset, and a pretend tree that leads to another. Acorn cap seating on the side was a welcome respite for my little one. We will definitely find our way back to North West Park now that we were lucky enough to stumble upon it. Locals were very welcoming.

This is part of the Jones Falls Trail that I walk several times a week. It's a great way to get some exercise and listen to my head. The walk from Springwell to Sinai and back is just under 2 miles and easy on my knees!

My daughter loves this park. It's on a quiet block, with parking and often times other kids are there to play with.
