While looking for a park to get my steps in, I discovered Northwest Park in Lake Worth between I-95 and Federal Highway. If you enjoy sports, this is the park for you. Northwest Park is a complex is made up of five baseball/softball fields off of North A St. The fields are T-ball field, Pinto field, Pony field, Colt field, Lassie field. The park also has picnic tables, restrooms, concession stand, and a playground. Northwest Park is a popular spot for Little League games and community events. The spacious layout makes it ideal for multiple sports games at once. The fields and park appeared to be clean and well maintained. The Lake Worth Youth League, Lake Worth Girls Softball League, and Lake Worth High School schedule the use of the fields.

Got a place to vacation near this park so we can walk there with our dog. Unfortunately, it's locked with a sign stating it was closed in early January for Turf Maintenance. It's now the end of February and still locked with no notice as to when it'll be open. I've called the Recreation department twice to find out. After leaving a message as requested and told someone would call back, I'm still waiting. I guess I'll go to Lake Woof Park instead, although quite a ways away.

It’s a great open park with lots of room for kids to play and has a couple of well maintained baseball fields 😊👍

Clean park, lots of baseball fields, bathrooms are weathered, but we're clean for the most part. Playground with woodchips for safety.
