Visiting family for Thanksgiving and walked the dog to this park for the first time. Very nice park on beautiful land. I think we saw every inch. It's nice that the park has seating. We did take the dog off leash as we were the only people there. It was a nice fall walk! I hope people take advantage of this park during the summer season.
This park is nice and, bonus, within walking distance from my home! My favorite thing was the Parent-Child swing that my daughter and I LOVED doing together (pictured). I must've caught the play area on a bad day, though. It was full of trash, and my child's shorts were unfortunately the ones to find a spoiled, sticky puddle of chocolate milk at the bottom of a slide. 🤮 Do better!! (Park staff AND patrons!) EDIT: Walked around a bit more. Disappointed by the lack of walking trails and overflowing trash cans. NOTE: Husband came here once before and was told the bathrooms were for the after-school group only.
Gorgeous park with a lake, pool and even a butterfly garden! Right off Otranto Road in North Charleston.
Many amenities, including a pool, frisbee golf course, playground, ball fields, and a rec center with limited hours. Nice lake with geese (of course, it’s North Charleston) and a beautiful wooded area.
Very nice neighborhood park. Restrooms, picnic tables and one shelter along with a nice playground for the kids. Saw a softball field in good shape. Pond is nice to look at but properly posted to beware of alligators. Didn't get a chance to check out in the center building or the pool.
When Google exported structured hours, they’re surfaced here instead of being buried in the raw payload.
