a small fenced in area but with an awesome view.

This is one of the best local parks around! It's normally not very busy so I use the basketball court's there a fair amount. Behind the park is a path leading to a large overlook of the city. Its a great place to share a drink or two, or watch the 4th of July firework show. There is a full play area for dogs too so the pups can go wild. Like most parks in duluth, observation park is very fun and unique!

No car parking, you have to park a Ross the street in the neighborhood. Makes it very scary to cross over busy street with kids and pets. Small dog run, no water and no grass. Run down playground and the basketball section isn't even usable. Shame on the city for not upkeeping. Duluth spends millions on bike paths fot adults and children get sketchy parks? Its a shame cause this area has so much potential

At the dog park there, they provide dog poop bags but apparently most people don't pick up their dogs poop. O filled 10 bags of dog poop thay was lying aroumd while I was there with my dogs and only 1 pile was from one of my dogs.

The drive along skyline parkway with a stop at Enger Tower to climb to the top or just walk to the scenic overlook is a must do for anyone visiting Duluth. A beautiful venue for a small wedding and sunrise yoga. Lots of hiking trails as well. Bathrooms on site and limited parking but you can park on the road as well or by Twin Ponds and hike up.
