Our favorite place to go to catch the sunset (or sunrise!) or just to be near the water any time of day. It’s a perfect place to walk your dog, with plenty of spots to sit, fish, and take in the scenery. The atmosphere is calm and tranquil, with rich history, stunning views, and an ideal setting to relax and unwind.

Beautiful and quiet walk across the foot bridge. Asphalt path with large grassy area on one side. Benches are available for sitting, and some people were fishing. There is limited street parking. It is sunny and quiet with a distant view of Charleston and Sullivan’s Island.

Gorgeous walking path with 360° views of Charleston and the water. We love seeing everyone fishing, walking dogs, and out in the water you can often see fish, herons, clams, manta rays and other wildlife.

Wish we lived here. Romantic place for sunset. We saw many enjoying a picnic 🧺 with 🍷 and 🧀, children feeding the fish, families netting for I guess shrimp or crab 🦀 They have a grassy area and a pier to fish 🎣 off. Would come back over and over again💕
