This is a beautiful place to take a stroll with your dog. You have the option to have the dog off leash, however, the area is not fenced. The actual "off-leash dog area" is not accessible by car. You park at the Bald Hill Trailhead parking lot, and follow a paved trail to the off leash area.

FYI, although the directions make it look like you can drive to this dog off-leash area, this is not the case. You need to park at the posted trailheads (on Reservoir Road, at the Fairgrounds, or on Oak Creek Drive) and take a short walk to the off-lease area. Motorized access is not allowed at other points, regardless of what Google Maps shows.

Love to go there. There are benches along the trail. You can take a rest while your dog's running all around.

The added bark dust keeps it from getting muddy. They also have a separate area for small dogs if they get nervous (or the owner does:)

Awesome park. Very clean with paved trails and restrooms.
