A hidden paradise! 🏖️ Oleta River State Park feels like a virgin beach right in the city. 🏙️ The water is crystal clear and perfectly shallow—zero waves, which made it incredibly safe and fun for my 7-year-old. 🧒💦 It has such a raw, natural vibe compared to the crowded tourist spots. 🌿 Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful escape! 🚣‍♂️☀️

We really enjoyed all the park had to offer. We rented kayaks and loved the different pathways and views. The park has a lot to offer! Great to place a full day or 2 here! I had limited time and wish I could have done more!

Oleta River Park is such a **great spot** for anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities. It’s perfect for **walking, picnics with friends, and even barbecues**. The park is spacious, peaceful, and really well taken care of. They have **public restrooms** and designated areas where you can **host parties or gatherings**, which makes it super convenient. Parking is only **$4**, and the whole place is **very clean**. A great place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the outdoors! I definitely recommend it.

The place for going to Raccoon island (Sandspur) by kayak, canoe or sup plank. You can easily rent them for the number of hours you want. If you go over the agreed hours you just pay the extra, no fine. Staff is friendly and gives advice. Going to the island through the mangrove channel and returning through the bay for a chance to see manatees. Would strongly recommend doing this instead of the expensive boat tour to the island.

Great park, was helped by a young energetic woman by the name of Julia. On her game, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend this park. All New kayaks and canoes.
