Incredible, picturesque downtown area. Lake is great for walking and well lit at night. Restaurants, playground, dog park, swan boats, and a slew of regular community events like movie nights, food truck Thursdays, St Patrick's day, Oktoberfest, etc., makes the park a great place to visit any time. Perfect for families or a self care day, there's a always plenty to do. Pro-tip if you've got little ones, bring quarters for food for the fishes and turtles at the lake.

We loved this area. So clean and kept up. Beautiful walking trail. Will come back to explore and stay for a couple days.

The park is very well cared for. The vibes are very relaxing and soothing. There is a playground, a splash pad, an outdoor auditorium, a grass field, a walking path around the lake, and benches to sit. If I had to choose something negative to mention is the amount of dog poop stain on the cement and the disregard by some visitors of the not smoking signs. But, even that doesn’t take away the 5 starts the park deserves.

This park has it ALL! Wondering what to do with the kids for an hour or two? This is a great place for the whole family. Bring suits for the kids for the water pad, a small park as well, paddle swans for the bigger kids along with a nice boardwalk around the lake. It’s great to take a picnic, spend couple of hours outdoors with a loved one. This is quickly becoming my go to park!!!

My husband and I were in town for my son's graduation and needed a place to take a walk. This park is absolutely beautiful! I would love to go back when the swan boats are operating! We were there a little too early in the morning.
