A neighborhood small playground/dog park combo. Parking: There are a few spots along the road in front of the playground. As this playground is in a neighborhood, I'm sure there is extra street parking available in front of houses. Fencing: This playground is fully fenced. There are two entrances. One has a lock where you would expect if you frequent playgrounds. The main entrance to the playground has the lock at the very top of the gate on the inside. You must reach up and feel along the inside of the gate to unlatch it and come in (photo included). Bathrooms: These are very spacious and have plenty of room for a stroller and multiple children. There are no paper towels; however, there is a hand dryer. The women's restroom has a changing table, but the men's restroom does not. Trash: There are multiple trash cans in the picnic area. Shade: In the morning, there is plenty of shade from trees. But the pavilion also offers great shade if it's a particularly sunny part of the day. For reference, the photos on this post were taken around 3 PM in the afternoon. Water: One fountain is located in the play area. Flooring: The flooring under the play equipment is rubberized. There wood chips underneath the swings. The pavilion flooring is cement. Safety: We've been coming to this playground for many months and have not noticed anything out of the ordinary. I've never seen anyone in the playground area that isn't associated with a child playing. Something else to note is that it can be quite loud from road noise on the other side of the playground because of the Selmon Expressway. There is a dog park right next door as an added bonus.

We came for the dog park, but once we got here, it was just mostly dirt, which I can understand because of dogs running all the time, but we came on a wet day so not too great. Other than that, the park is beautiful. It has a large space for dogs to run around and play. There are tennis balls and other kinds of balls there for the dogs to play with . There’s a water station for the dogs and some bowls to put the water in when they get overheated. There are benches and tables for grown-ups and kids to sit. There’s also a sandbox. All in all, it’s a nice place.

This is a great family park! The playground isn’t huge but it has plenty to do for all three of my girls ages 4-7, and clean bathrooms which is always a bonus. There is also a huge dog park area (with a nice, tall fence for those of you with jumpers!), and another big green space for tag or kicking a soccer ball. The whole area is set in a quiet neighborhood and fenced, very safe.

good size park. no separate enclosure for small dog and big dogs. has plenty of shade tree. sparce on grassy area. water and doggie poop bags available. it seems that this area was once used for horseshoe throwing games and then converted to a dog park....I'll bring my dog back to this place because I hear that the people are friendly who visit this place.
