Been taking my pup here since we got her, she loves it ❤️. Seems like a lot of work and care goes into this park and their gardens. Short trails but good loop to do multiple times. Good place forbidding and interactive and educational for kids. Also, has a playground! Moved to ptown recently, and I'm very thankful there's a park with trails around - I wish there were more in the area.

Beautiful views and stroller friendly trails. My one year old was able to walk when she felt like it and had fun in the park

I wish I could rent a kayak because it looks so beautiful I would love to experience that. The views of the waterways were beautiful. There are areas where you won’t hear traffic but only birdsong and a breeze in the trees. Ample parking.

A great place to learn about conservation/ restoration, and a great place for a relaxing walk in a beautiful natural space. Loads of mulberry, raspberry, beautiful flowers, butterflies, dragonflies. I learn something new each time I visit!

I love visiting this park. It's truly a hidden treasure. There are so many plants and animals to learn from. The Elizabeth River project is doing a great job at restoring native plants for the wildlife.
