Park Bellevue

It’s been a year since my husband and I moved to Park Bellevue Apartments from India, and I can confidently say it’s been a truly wonderful experience. As our very first home in the U.S., this place has set the bar incredibly high. The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the community is surrounded by lush greenery that makes every walk feel like a stroll through a resort. Each unit comes with its own private patio, offering a cozy nook to unwind and enjoy the outdoors in peace. What truly elevates the experience is the amazing staff. The office team is attentive, responsive, and always keeps us informed with timely updates. The maintenance crew is equally fantastic - friendly, prompt, and always ready to help with a smile. One of my favorite aspects is the vibrant community spirit. From seasonal events to casual coffee and donut mornings, there’s always something happening to bring neighbors together. These thoughtful gatherings have made it easy to connect and feel at home. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. We’re just minutes away from the Bellevue Square Mall, Downtown Park, and a variety of restaurants and clinics. Everything we need is within a 10–15 minute radius. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort, community, and convenience, Park Bellevue Apartments is a gem. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our journey here.

We’ve been staying at the Park in Bellevue for a year and a half and we’ve recently extended our lease as well. We’ve really loved our time here. Marzena helped us so much when we were narrowing down which unit to pick and made the entire move-in process super smooth. She’s been really helpful with any queries and clarifications as well! The maintenance team is also super responsive The location is great and units are very spacious. Will definitely recommend.

I lived here for almost two years, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained - I had almost no issues during my stay. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I enjoyed using the gym. The location is on the border of downtown Bellevue, so you get a peaceful environment while still being within walking distance of everything downtown has to offer. Marzena has also been a pleasure to work with - always friendly, responsive, and helpful. I highly recommend living here.

I’ve had a great experience living in Park at Bellevue. Marzena from the leasing team was very helpful in securing our home and she promptly took care of all renewals and communication back and forth. The community is well-maintained, and the maintenance team deserves special mention, especially Cyrus who is always prompt, professional, and helpful. Any requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know the team genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, a comfortable place to live with excellent support from the staff.
