Perret Park

Our little local park at sunrise is my sanctuary. Before the world awakens, I find solace here, a peaceful space for prayer, reflection, and capturing the beauty of the dawn. It's a precious time of solitude, shared only with God and, occasionally, the friendly security guards. This quiet moment fuels my spirit for the day ahead.

I drove my boat up on the shore from the lake. No trash in the area. There was a lot of geese on the shore and grass area in front of the playground. Nice playground area for kids under 12. Bathrooms are next to the basketball hoop. Great place to stop for lunch.

I absolutely LOVE going there right before the sunset! I have seen some simply, breathtaking sunsets while in the company of some, somewhat new, yet really good friends!! The energy there is just so serene and amazing! 🥰😍🤩😻💯💜🩶🤍

Beautiful park, but it needs more maintenance, specifically the bathrooms. 99% recomendado! Hermoso parque, pero necesita más mantenimiento, específicamente los baños. 99 % recomendado! Great place to see the sunset, but the guy who closed the place will kick you out before dark. By the way, he's AHOLE.

Nice park and pretty lonely which is a plus. I came Tuesday around 2 pm. There were a few crackheads but police took care of them as you can see from the pictures. Cops were very friendly with us, they were even talking to the kids. [20mins later and the junkies were back (definitely kids should be left alone)]
