This is my favorite pet supplies plus on the planet ❤️ Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Greater variety and quality of products. The dog wash is really convenient and a life saver.
I had really bad experience with grooming services in Streamwood. I'm so disappointed and very angry with them! I can't believe what they did to my Golden doodle! If you haven't seen shaved golden doodle, now you can see it!!!! I posted a before photo to see how cute my boy was.... I was so shocked when I saw him after grooming! In other circumstances I wouldn't pay a dollar for that! He looks like rat now...My poor boy..On top of that his ears and balls got so irritated and red so that he can not stop itching and scratching. I'm worried of infection...Even I like their store, I won't return over there!! Whoever did that to my dog, he/she wouldn't be allowed to groom dogs, that's not his/her thing!
Had an awesome visit today at Pet Supplies Plus in Streamwood. The sent put an email about a 4th of July BBQ and since I just got a puppy thought it would great to socialize. Brought my puppy and senior pittie and they had a blast! It was small but had unique treats and just the right amount of space for the dogs to interact. We had a blast! I've come here regularly for years ans the prices are right, the loyalty coupons and rewards are great as well! My senior pittie had a bday and we received a free toy coupon she had a blast picking one out! It feels good to shop locally at a store that is run by great managers and staff and who take care of their customers!
I absolutely love the Self Dog Wash! I take my dog to the dog park (many ponds and opportunities to roll in the dirt) every weekend and this self dog wash is a relief. Ideally I just want a place to rinse and dry my dog off after his adventure and this is exactly what I get at Pet Supplies Plus. The bath card is also great. 5 baths for $25.00! There are 6 baths total (4 for medium and large, and 2 for small dogs) and space and equipment is always in working order. They give you towels and shampoos are provided in the tub.
