I love the atmosphere, the lake, the beautiful ducks. The weather was perfect today, 02/07/2026 & there are so many nice ramadas there. I saw a baby shower and I think 4 or 5 big birthday parties going on. Lots of room.

Huge playfield and I love the setup they have At the front of the dog park very secure for your dogs. Water fountains are located inside each play area and the areas are clearly marked so no confusion as to where the little dogs go and the big ones go. Also I would like to note that my dogs only came home a little grassy , compared to all of the other dog parks I have visited this is the first one that we have found without any of those goat heads or burs or whatever sticks itself to your baby’s fur that is impossible to brush out. 💯 recommend this Dog park. So much stuff to do at this park. You can fish and there’s a water park playground for when it warms up.

Just a fenced-in area with plenty of room. I only gave 2 stars because there are no trees for shade. Not very friendly people, no one picks up their dog's waste. Recently, Peoria removed a big chunk of the grassy areas and put rock in its place. Then added a play fire hydrant and a huge plastic bone thing. They should have planted trees! Overall most of the people there are not very sociable. A bunch of the people don't talk to anybody, or are trying to pick fights with others there. I've lost count of how many times owners start arguing with each other. I would suggest either coming early in the morning or in the afternoon. The latter crowd is just full of good dogs, but not so good people. After a month of going there, I now go elsewhere.
