The staff has that DAWG in them. Fun for the dogs. Fun for the humans. Raise the ROOF.
I love the staff. Recent new owners are great people. We come here a lot! Highly recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this place handled a recent incident involving my dog. He was banned after a fight that he didn’t even start. From my perspective the situation was handled unfairly and without properly reviewing what actually happened. The manager made the call even though she wasn’t witness. What’s even more frustrating is that I have requested to see the video so that I can understand what led to the decision. This seems reasonable-especially with a permanent ban. Did I mention I’ve literally been going there w my dog for 2 years without trouble at all. Feels like this decision was made quickly with little to no transparency. I don’t feel that this was handled fairly and I am thankful I had not yet renewed my membership. All his to say, my dog goes to dog parks A LOT and is in daycare @3 days/week without a single report of issues…
