I was there to visit my parents. Their flower cups were buried under grass & dirt. I called the office to have someone come to their graveside to unearth the cups but was told everyone was gone for the day. I was told to leave the flowers on top of their graves, and someone would unearth the cups tomorrow. Fortunately, I had scissors in my car. I cut away the grass and dug through the dirt but still couldn't pull up the cup that was stuck in the dirt. I had an empty water bottle in my car and flooded the hole where the cup was stuck and was finally able to pull it out. The cemetary was paid maintenance fees, but every time I go to visit, the grass has overgrown over my parents' gravesite. It's unfortunate because I wouldn't like to buy a gravesite near them, but it seems a but unkept and run down. The restrooms are clean but very old. They need a serious update and fresh new, bright paint. It's a very serene cemetary. I enjoy sitting for hours at my parents' gravesite. The photo is after I cut through the grass & washed the headstone.
