Usually quiet and not very crowded. They have a small dog park and a water station for your dog. They have poop bags and garbage cans to put them in. The walking trails are wide and cut with beautiful views. There are some people that don't leash their dogs, but if you stop when you see them, they will, so you can pass. Very clean, some poop on the trails, but a lot of that is probably coyotes. There's a frisbee golf course, picnic table areas, benches throughout the park, baseball fields, and an impressive playset too.
This is a really nice park, there's a lot of geocaches here! The trails are well maintained. The playground looks fun.
Would be a lot better for disc golf if they plants weren't so dense on all throughout the course
Love this amazing local park!!! It has something for everyone including an abundance of beautiful wildlife, native wildflowers and gorgeous sunsets.
I don't know if the park district is supposed to maintain these fields, but there are lots of weeds and grass clumps sprouting all over. Coaches and players spent 10 minutes before game pulling out weeds to help even the playing surface. At least the outfields were mowed. The pics are of portions of the infields here.
When Google exported structured hours, they’re surfaced here instead of being buried in the raw payload.
