Beautiful field with abundant wildlife including many, many black-tailed prairie dogs, several species of birds, insects, and wildflowers. I hope this lot never gets bought and turned into another soulless concrete building/parking lot. We need to care for and protect our beautiful and essential wildlife. This is a great opportunity to protect a keystone species.

Love these little guys!! They have been here for years! Its gonna be sad one day when they finally sell this lot. I wonder if there is way some kind of wildlife refuge or whomever can take control over the land and protect these animals. I know its not an ideal place in the spring when they start having there babies I start seeing alot of them going in the street and getting ran over. It would be awesome if they could be moved to an ideal place, like Martin nature park

Amazing!! I love this place. Parking is somewhat hard to find but once you do it’s just so fun to watch the prairie dogs do their thing! You could hear them squeaking and see them run around. Very nice place. Just be respectful and keep your distance.

An awesome find!! Loved getting to see adorable prairie dogs!! We saw about a dozen or two, but the field is very large. They're very noisy and cute, and it was a great stop!! The field does appear to be for sale, so try to visit sooner rather than later!! This was a great stop that I'd highly recommend!!

The address is incorrect. It seems Google just references something for location but the Prairie Dogs can be found in the big field right along Route 66. The street you can turn on is Caravel and the field is right there. The Prairie Dogs are running all over and super cute. You can hear them chattering away. There is lots of construction in the area. I really hope they keep this attraction and not try to build on the land.
