Easy and fun hike to the top with a 2 year old. Very beautiful nature experience with bird chirping, squirrels everywhere, and open terrain and trees. We enjoyed the quick walk around the church and enjoyed the view.

Short, beautiful trails radiate from upper parking area. Lush verdant foliage offers plenty of shade, and old historical sites spread throughout park. Superb spot to watch sunsets and/or have a picnic. Presidio itself is a significant historical treasure worth visiting. This is a special place right in the heart of SD.

This was one of the best parks I've EVER been to! Views everywhere. Giant trees. Definitely worth exploring, even briefly.

Beautiful place. It was quiet and peaceful when we went and explored. There is a museum, trails and picnic areas. There were some homeless sleeping around the building but weren't a problem.
