We’ve been members at Pup Social for a few months now, and we truly can’t express how happy our dog Teddy is being there! Everyone is incredibly nice, caring, and genuinely loves what they do. The environment is welcoming and makes us feel completely at ease. A special shoutout to the groomer, Jonatan—he is amazing! Teddy always looks great, and you can tell he’s treated with so much care. I highly recommend scheduling a grooming at Pup Social. We absolutely love it here and are so grateful to be part of this community! 🐾💙

As a dog parent in Chicago, Pup Social has been such a game changer for both me and my dog, Saffron. Winters here can make it really hard to make sure dogs are getting enough exercise and socialization, but Pup Social makes it so much easier. Saffron has an absolute blast every time he goes. He gets to play with other dogs in a safe, structured environment and has become more comfortable around new humans too. I have noticed a real difference in his confidence and overall behavior outside of Pup Social. What really stands out is the level of care and supervision. The trainers are very attentive and hands on. They are actively engaging with the dogs, managing playgroups, reinforcing positive behaviors, and making sure each dog is safe and well taken care of. The coworking setup is also amazing. I can get through meetings and focus on work without worrying, knowing Saffron is nearby, happy, and in good hands. It truly feels like a one stop shop for daycare, training, enrichment, and a functional workspace for humans. For any Chicago dog parent looking for a warm place for their pup to socialize during the colder months, Pup Social is an incredible option.

We are so grateful to have joined Pup Social! It’s been just over a month, and our 5-month-old puppy always has the best time here. It’s one of the few places in the city where I truly feel safe leaving her — the space isn’t huge, but it’s the perfect size for her to run, play, and socialize with other pups. Initially, I was worried about the 2 hour limit - but every dog is pretty tired by then and we have also gone over the time and they have never said anything about it. You can bring your own food and laptop to get work done which is super nice! The staff on the park are pretty attentive to the dogs and do their best to stop any commotion. Overall, staff and fellow dog parents are so kind and welcoming. We also use their grooming services, which are super convenient and she looks adorable after. Plus, the themed events they host are super cute! Pup Social has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the city. Def recommend checking it out!!

Pup Social is a dog owner’s dream come true. It has a wonderful staff that makes you and your pup feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. The Paw Patrol keeps your dog safe while maximizing playtime off-leash as he runs and romps with his 4-legged friends. Jonathan did an amazing grooming job on my puppy, Appa, with the classic, precious teddy bear look. And my pup is learning his p’s & q’s while enjoying his training with obstacle courses and other reward-based training tricks with their highly-skilled trainer, Chrissy. There are lots of fun monthly events for dogs and their humans to enjoy. Owners can also relax in the lounge while watching one or 3 t.v.s and enjoying the wall bar or shop for yummy treats, toys & clothing for their fur-babies. Rogi and I love just love Pup Social! We recently celebrated his 5th birthday there, and I was blown away by the attention, care, and love the staff showed. The staff really are incredible—they know every dog and human by name, are always helpful, and go above and beyond to make everyone feel seen and supported. It’s also clear they genuinely love dogs and care about the members they support. Since joining, I’ve met a whole “pack” of wonderful new friends — both two- and four-legged. The vibe is friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Pup Social is more than just a dog club—it’s truly a community! Highly recommend to any dog lover! 🐾💛
