Great place to hangout! Bring your dog, a lawnchair, a trash receptacle, bluetooth speaker, plenty of water, a towel, a float, some smoke, a friend, and a great attitude!

This is a great spot on the San Marcos river to play in the water with my 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog. We go around 8AM and usually find a friend of two.
