Millikin Falls at Quarry Trails is a hidden gem! The waterfall is beautiful and peaceful, especially after a good rain. The trail is well-marked and easy to walk, making it perfect for a quick nature escape. It’s a great spot for photos, relaxing, or just enjoying the sound of the falls. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

This is a really cool park right in the city. There is a bike route that has a cool obstacle course. There is a really big hill that we got to walk up and down. There's a nice view of the rocks and water. The kids enjoying throwing rocks in. There are lots of trails to walk along. We were confused about where to find the waterfall that is advertised in the pictures. It turns out that there are multiple entrances to the park and there is a specific entrance to get you directly next to that waterfall. It is easy to see. The upper view would be accommodating towards any person, including people who can't walk very well. Then you can go down lower to where the river is and see it there as well (not for those with difficulty walking). You are allowed to wade and step in the water knee deep, but they say no swimming. The kids really had fun with their swimsuits and wading. They would have played there all day.

Hey, have you heard of Quarry Trails Metro Park in Columbus, Ohio? It’s an amazing place that mixes nature and history in the best way possible. Imagine rugged cliffs, deep quarry lakes, and breathtaking views. There are well-marked trails for hiking and mountain biking, a beautiful waterfall, and even a dog park! It’s a paradise for outdoor lovers. Plus, there’s a suspension bridge and a paddling launch coming soon. Even though some parts are still being built, it’s still worth checking out. Sure, there are a few rocky or steep sections, but the unique landscape and all the fun activities make it a must-visit!

This park still has some growing and improving to do, but we enjoyed our walk, saw people kayaking, kids playing on the zipline and play area, and more. The falls are pretty and easily accessible. To go the the bottom of the falls from the west side, you must go down stone stairs that are a little uneven, but the railing is solid and I was able to do them with my bad knees and ankles.

I’ve loved watching this park evolve over the years! I’ve been coming to see the waterfalls and now they are much easier accessed! The trails around the newly built community are very well maintained and dog friendly. Beautiful area to explore any time of year, highly recommended to anyone in the area or visiting.
