Really nice park and I like the fact that Pomona is trying to revamp a lot of the Public spaces. Saw somebody working on this gorgeous mural that really represents the community! It was absolutely gorgeous, and I wish all the parks started to be revamped in this manner!
This Park I remember it from before how it was designed. In some area is good but I wish it had 2 different jungle play areas for kids and the jungle play area were closer to the street for better view by cops monitoring. Junkies go to get hyped in the jungle area. Do you know what I mean drug users go in play area for kids to get a quick fix and stay in there and if you try to say something they are violent but theirs a building blocking swings and slide so deosnt make it safe. Love the doggie part you can lock them in and they can run free without a worry of them chasing anyone or running into street.
Ralph's welch park is a family orientated park it's literally across the street from our home it's always nice and clean n they recently upgraded the park with new things for kids to have fun a and obstacles everyday the maitence people make sure this park stays clean n nice ..xoxoxo
Stressful some owners bring their dogs without a leash. Others use the enclosures of the baseball field to release unfriendly and agresive dogs.
I grew up at this park. It has truly changed. Its clean and kid friendly. It was nice to bring my children and my grandmother here to reminisce and enjoy the scenery.
