This is a nice piece of grass. It does have a trash can and a hand washing station. The area has some food places: thia, giant pizza and Urbn is near by. There is a little shade and when we were there, there was one other person sitting in the grass. I would say that it isn't the ideal place to pop a squat and rest for a little. The grass is itchy and some of the people in the area aren't nice. Would be much better if the people in the apartments didn't yell w at you when you sat down. A park is for relaxing.
